Shipping policy

Shipping
Mednow Pharmacy offers same day shipping in the Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver Area, and Halifax Regional Municipality (GTA/GVA/HRM). However, orders placed after 5pm in their respective timezones will be shipped the next day. Shipping outside the GTA, GVA, or HRM will take one to three days. In rare cases when a medication is not immediately available, we will contact you with a delivery timeline. If your order is urgent, please let us know. Prescription medications are delivered free. Non-prescription medications and other pharmacy items are delivered free when accompanying a prescription order. Unaccompanied, non-prescription medications and other pharmacy items ship free if your order total exceeds $40.

Return policy
We’re not happy until you are.
Pharmacy regulations state that we are not able to accept returns on prescribed medications. If there has been a mistake with your prescription order, please let us know and we will correct it right away.
For non-prescription purchases, please submit a return request to return the unopened package for a refund.
If something you’ve purchased from Mednow Pharmacy doesn’t meet your expectations, please tell us and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
