Medicinal Ingredients: Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 30mg, doxylamine succinate 12.5mg, acetaminophen 650mg (per 30 ml)

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Acesulfame potassium, alcohol, citric acid, D&C yellow no.10, FD&C green no. 3, FD&C yellow no. 6, flavour, high fructose corn syrup, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate.

Warning: Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Maximum daily dose is 4 doses (2600 mg) in 24 hours. Severe or possibly fatal liver damage may occur if you take: more than the recommended dose in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, while drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day. Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms last for more than 5 days, worsen or are accompanied by fever (>38°C), fever lasts for more than 3 days, symptoms are accompanied by the production of thick yellow/green phlegm.
